Nature of services

We provide educational workshops, labs, mentoring sessions, and chart reviews on volume profile analysis. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, managed accounts, or trade execution. Participation does not create a client advisory relationship.

Enrolment

A place on a programme is confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and any required deposit is received. Published fees on this site are informational. Final amounts, dates, and delivery format (in-person in Misato or remote where offered) are stated in the confirmation email.

Participant responsibilities

You are responsible for your own trading decisions and risk. You must arrive prepared with agreed materials, respect other participants’ privacy, and not record sessions without written permission.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, chart packs, recordings, and templates remain our property. Personal study use is permitted. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of materials is not allowed without written consent.

Limitation of liability

Training is educational. We are not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions made after participation. To the extent permitted by applicable law in Japan, our liability for any claim related to a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

Conduct

We may remove a participant who disrupts sessions or harasses others, without obligation to continue unused sessions in that case. Refund treatment follows our refund policy where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction over Saitama Prefecture shall have primary venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your confirmation email applies to that enrolment.
